Canvo is designed to be the hub of your tree-service operation and to connect with the tools you already rely on. This page covers what’s available today and what’s on the way.
Online payments
Section titled “Online payments”Send invoices with an online card-payment link so customers can pay in a click. Payments reconcile back to the invoice automatically, updating its status to Paid. See Estimates & Invoices.
Email notifications
Section titled “Email notifications”Canvo sends transactional email on your behalf — estimate links, approval confirmations, and invoices — so customers always have what they need without you chasing them.
Calendar
Section titled “Calendar”Your jobs live on Canvo’s built-in scheduling calendar with day, week, and month views. Crews see their assignments on their own schedule. See Jobs & Scheduling.
On the roadmap
Section titled “On the roadmap”We’re actively expanding integrations. Items on the roadmap include:
- Accounting sync (e.g. QuickBooks) for invoices and payments
- Calendar sync with Google Calendar and Outlook
- Lead capture from your website and marketing channels
